Fourth: Always have a comfortable sports bra. I prefer the padded sports bra when I work out in the gym to prevent see through when I sweat. Sports bra comes in all sizes, type and color. If you think you blessed in your upper body then try getting a plus size sports bra to work out in the gym. For women, comfort when working out, plays a good role in motivation.
Follow these simple steps and be consistent and you may surprise yourself with the results.
