Giving Your Life Strength

Life is not flawless but it is good. When I use this word “Life” I am talking in a general sense about you and me and everybody else. What is this thing we call life anyway? To the expert it is the physiological functions of respiration, metabolism and reproduction in all of us that are living. To those of us who are common man….it refers to the span of our existence and all the events and experiences during our life time.

Life as we know it is a much vaster field of basic existence. It is a field of form and force like the material plane, a field of energy, of action, of reaction and results. Life is about living to us and we do not think much about how our life is made up; we just try to live it the best we know how. Sometimes I think that if we were to sit back and think about how life is designed to be, we could focus more on how to make it better. We rush around daily with the busy things and we let little things upset us in ways that we could prevent.

To live the best life that we can is a preference for all of us; or at least it should be. Why would anyone want to life this life inappropriately or just muddle through it with out some kind of plan or goal? Living life to the fullest takes us having the ability to Be Peaceful, if we are to accomplish momentum in our life. When we neglect to take care of how we are living our life; it seems that we become bored; and get into things we should not be in and reckless. Why? I think it is because we have neglected what is important to live a good life. Nothing in life is free…..I doesn’t matter what anyone has to say about the aspect of this because; if you don’t work at life, (your life) it is not going to be good, anymore than if you are negligent on your job. Structure is important to anything that is worthwhile; life, a job, a family, or a friendship.

Expressing harmony and maintaining it in our life and work is one of the most powerful ways to feel our higher spiritual consciousness…we all have one of some kind, I think….if you are a decent person; you have certain things you refuse to do and you honor things that a right. When we allow our self to look deep within to our honest self, it is then that we have unexpected opportunity, sudden expansion, joy or discovery of a higher knowledge.

Faith is another word that is included in our ability to live life better. It means we trust in something. You might be saying…oh no…let’s not go there… Please, let’s do and let me explain… A lot people see faith as only something that is related to Christianity and it is; but it is also related to any life that is living. I will quote a famous philosopher who said; faith is the knowledge of the soul which the mind does not yet possess. If you think about this, you will agree. In living today or any day, we must have faith or we would not get up out of the bed to do the things we are meant to do. Everything we do in life requires a certain amount of faith. Faith is required in our capacities, technology, law and the honesty of other people. We must depend upon others to help us in our jobs, in our life, in everything and therefore we have faith of these people or we would not get anything in life done…
It never hurts us to know that we are not totally self sufficient. We have a spirit, we have a mind but our spirit gives us the best advice. Our spirit will give us honesty most of the time, but so much of the time when we make a flub we have done what our mind told us to do.
Live for Todayis a feature of a life being well lived and without a lot of late regrets in which one cannot go back and adjust.

Finding How To Endure With Adversity On Our Path To Personal Self Awareness

Many times in our life we do not apprehend how to accept the difficult things in life. Sometimes we can’t determine why we are where we are and do not seem to find all the answers we need. It seems, we are in a rut with our life and we doubt ourselves and begin to wonder if we should just acknowledge the problems and stop worrying about it, cause we have undoubtedly done something wrong. When this happens we must search our heart and soul to find the courage that is within us to travel a little further and know that things happen and are not necessarily something we have caused. We have to find a place to find rest, a time to consolation, a place of solitude and silence. It is a time to remember that we are not alone, we have not been appointed to have more difficulties than any other human. It is all about life and no one is exempt nor excluded from life storms.

If you are wearing these shoes at the present and seem to be experiencing , seemingly too much, don’t feel isolated. Everyone has different way of coping with the pressures of life and things we do not understand. It is at this time we should look to our soul and find that spiritual self that may be locked down and needs to be opened. I believe we all have a intangible self . We may not recognize it but to some extent we all have a place that is untouched by outward occurrences of life. If we can perceive exactly who we are; we begin to know our soul. Of course, we choose to. There is consolation if we work toward peace within and knowing we are not alone.

Sometimes it seems we have cycles in which things continues in a process of past issues. I think sometimes issues present themselves again and we don’t know how to break habitual pattern in our life. I think this is the times we try to make sure we have not traveled some negative avenue . For instance if we are spending to much money and we are having financial difficulties, then we need to change our habits. Anything that is destructing our personal journey, it is up to us to change it.

Sometimes we are resistant to change and our fears are related to things we need to change. We cannot make another person be what we want them to be, or make them see the need for change. Change is what we can do for ourselves.

We have so many phases of life and not all of them make us comfortable and in fact they confuse and cause us grief. In our mortal life we have to learn to deal with the hard stuff to live a life of harmony without so much confusion. It makes our life more stable when we learn to take one day at a time with thankfulness. We become stronger when we find the courage to accept, change and grow and know that our life is not different than others; all humans have times of agony.

Beyond Loss And Mistakes

This is a issue we do not like to talk about and appropriately so, especially if it is ours. This is quite normal I think, and talking about it does not change it. Taking precautions to overcome the dead emotions which failure sometimes brings must be dealt with for us to recover and get back on the road to success “after failure”.

Everybody makes mistakes and fails at sometimes in their life. If they tell you they have never had “failure”, they are telling a big one, I think. It is a common aspect of life and it isn’t going to change. It does not have to be anything big or detrimental to living a good life, but if we are human, we can look back and see some places, we could have done a whole lot better.

Sometimes we goof up because we gave up on something before we gave it time to work. We fail sometimes because we look at others and what they have done, not realizing that we cannot compare our own life’s work to anybody; we must strive for our own way of accomplishing life things. Anything we do in life must have a plan, a starting point, a progression period and then the final results. Growing personallyis something that we all need at some point in our life. Sometimes we must change our goals during our progress and that is why we do an assessment every now and then. Take for instance a marriage. When we get married, we have a plan to work at it, make it beautiful, and feed it with passion and know it takes some give and take. Yet so many times after the new wears off,we get busy with other life things and forget to feed it, we forget it needs care, sometimes more later, than sooner. What do you know; somebody is unhappy out the blue. Sometimes it is too late, sometimes it can be fixed and sometimes it seems too much disregard was the final draw and we have to deal with what we call “failure”

Someone who is lazy and doesn’t want to work for what they get…could be called a failure. Life is not going to just give any of us anything. It doesn’t work that way. We must work for our , as nothing is free. An addiction is another aspect we can call failure; it doesn’t have to be drugs or alcohol. It can be spending too much money; it can be spending too much time on the job. It can be taking too much time off the job, you know; sick days; too many of them; all of a sudden, no job. It can be giving someone else a hard time and not having respect for our fellow man. Whatever it is named; if it is done often can be called failure…we can overcome it and “live again” if we take notice to our needs. In our Seeking tolerance we need to look at all aspects of our situation and not get too down on ourselves.

How do we begin to get our life on tract after failure? When it happens we have to really analyze if it is truly “failure”. Sometimes mistakes get named failure. If we keep doing something over and over and it winds up costing us great repercussions it is likely failure and not just a mistake. A mistake is something you did unintentionally and you normally do not do it again. We learn from our mistakes and take them as part of life to help us grow. If we repeatedly do something it is time for us to get a professional to help us find out why we are repeating the same things over and over before it cost us too much.

To me and I am not giving you professional advice you must seek that yourself, but I am giving you hope that there is help and I have seen healing for our failures through or change if we want it. To me, failure is where one has repeatedly doing something that they knew was causing themselves harm or someone else and they do it anyway. There is still a way to begin again. There is always hope until we die and we can be healed of our failures and become new again. There are Therapist, Counselors and Psychologists who are trained to help us in our endeavors as well a Personal Growth experts. I am not either but I do love to see recovery and study self improvement and I work on myself everyday….I’m not perfect …doubt I will ever be but at least I am working on me!

We all have questions sometimes within our life and we wonder if our determinations are being made with clarity and success. No one has all of the answers and no one can tell someone else how to live their life. We all know this, but there are times when someone can look from the external (if we are open to allowing someone to) and actually help us decide which path; according to our circumstances might be the best and then the person that it will affect; makes the decision. They work with habitual patterns to explore new ways of making things work articulately and more accommodating.

As with any kind of personal development, we cannot get through our life without making decisions. Making decisions to do something and then taking the actions necessary to make it happen is an important part of life. Life Coaching is a place to start if there is something holding you back and you do not know exactly what it is. Knowing Ourselves is part of the deal to make our life more confident and stable.

Surviving mistakes is another part of life and of personal growth. Letting go of the past is sometimes hard to work through but it is achievable and with great success. Mistakes are a part of life and we can only overcome them by admitting we are at fault most of the time and simply find ways not to repeat the same behavior and know we will do better in the future. If no one made mistakes we would all be perfect…how dull would that be?

A Life Coach listens well. They try to hear what you are not saying as well as what you are saying. They concentrate on what is not said and analyzes the actions which might be the result from what is not said. A Personal Life Coach can also be someone just to bounce things back and forth and help a client recognize motives not voiced.

Personal Life Coaches are useful with issues regarding the heart, relationships, religious issues, family crisis and career changes. They can be the angel in disguise helping you make your life becomes better and more fulfilled.

Not everyone likes to verbalize to others and that is each individual’s prerogative and free will, but a Life Coach can help us see things in a clearer perspective sometimes. It is not for the person who does not share their personal life with anyone and there are some people who choose not to. Again, it is strictly a personal preference.

How Can We Rise Above Annihilation And Apprehension In Our Chaotic Life?

I have had to find balance in my life more than once and having worked 30+ years in mortgage lending, the latest was moving back to a small town, after the mortgage meltdown, where there are no jobs, especially in mortgage lending. So you see I understand about adjusting ones life to less and endeavoring to be happy regardless of the causes I had no control over. Life is full of moments that we get anxious and we feel overwhelmed and unproductive. We live in a world of frustration, confusion and pure chaos a lot of the time, but when all is said and done, it is up to us to find our path at making our life a little more at ease and jubilant. We sometimes have to let go of the negative emotions in our life to live happily with more purpose.

We get anxious on the way to work in the morning because the traffic is backed up and we have that 8:30 meeting. We know we can’t make it and we are the first speaker. We then get Anxious because don’t know if the big boss will say that maybe we should have left home earlier. We get through that somehow and then we have a message to call the school, we have to leave and hit the traffic again and then come back to work and it is like starting the day all over. Not to mention, our morning schedule included, rising at 5:00 a. m. getting breakfast, preparing lunches and getting the kids off to school. We are actually tired by noon. Our days are full; our anticipation are many and others expect at lot as well. How do we get where we need to go when our life is jammed full of activity that can’t change? Question of course is, can it be re-arranged?

When we become stressed with our daily life, it is hard not to simply hard to sit back and relax and let it flow and we begin to wonder if we are succeeding what we need to. Is it all worth it? We start to wonder if the job which is 25 miles further from home actually brings all the benefits it should. Could we actually be happy with a job closer to home that might eliminate some of the stress of having to drive further and be closer to the kids school? We are the only one to answer these kinds of questions and it is up to us to find the answer that best suites us. Sometimes we have to make changes to help reduce the struggle and stress in our life as best we can; but then fear sets in and we are afraid of changes. Afraid that the new job might be worse, more demands, less satisfying and possibly less salary.

All of a sudden, we are anxious, fearful and full of anxiety and it is making us stressed out to say the least. We worry about today but worse about what might happen and the issues that we have no control over. We begin to be angry mostly with ourselves because we do not understand why we are angry. We are just angry. Why, because we have too much to do and we haven’t found a way to resolve the issues to help us feel stable again and in charge of our lives.

It is said that balance is the key. Finding Balance in our life is not the easiest thing to do but it is proven a necessity if we are to get through life without causing us an ulcer or other illness of some kind. Balance also means letting go of things we can’t control, like the traffic, the red lights and washing machine overflowing. It also means tomorrow as we only have today.

Definition of balance: harmony, stability, composure, poise, accord, steady, calculated, self control, parity and correspond to name a few. So it seems if we are to function in a manner and be happy with ourselves and our life; we must find a way to make checks and balances in our life in a constructive way and find balance one way or the other. When we can’t conquer situations then it is necessary to seek professional help if we cannot get our life in a balance to have a healthy and livable life.
